    Description

    This lot is an electric tram token issued by Goteborg Sweden after electrification of its street cars in 1902.  The token is 20MM brass showing a pictorial of an electric tram on the obverse and the city coat of arms on the reverse.  It is listed as Sweden 240EB in smith's 1990 transit catalog.  This example will be a great addition to anyone's transit or Sweden collection.
