This is a great looking men's navy blue blazer by Burberry’s that is in a size 42R. This is from the classic Prorsum line as seen in the logo tags when they were made in the United States.
This is a wonderful looking 100% wool in the classic navy blue. This is a thicker weight wool, with some stiffness. This is a great blazer that can be seen best in the close up pictures.
It is a 2 button single breasted coat with the famous Knight logo gold metal buttons. This blazer has a single vented rear. This blazer has 3 buttons on the sleeves, flap pockets, and it is fully lined in the Knight logo lining in blue with 3 interior pockets.
The measurements are as follows:
CHEST = 46 inches around the outside of the coat measured just under the armpits.
SLEEVES = 34 1/2 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 24 3/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs.
TAIL = 30 inches from the BOTTOM of the collar to the end of the waistline hem in the rear
SHOULDERS = 19 1/2 inches wide from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
WAISTLINE = 43 1/2 inches around the midsection of the coat measured around at the bottom button which is about 9 inches up from the hem line.
This Burberrys blazer is an older vintage classic design, but great fashion and navy blue blazers with the logo gold buttons never go out of style. You can tell it was well taken care of and it looks very nice. It is not perfect as new since it was worn, but there isn’t any major issues that would make you not proud to own this great Burberry’s blazer.
This was from a custom menswear store and the store had a “custom made for” sewn inside the interior in the lining which has been removed. There is no damage at all with this being removed and there is only some stitching thread holes.....no damage nothing major at all. What a great find in the classic navy blue blazer with gold metal buttons in very nice condition.
